Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
During busy periods (product launches, promotions etc.), dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Delivery Services

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services:

Delivery times are estimated and begin from the dispatch date. Although Royal Mail aims to deliver within the timeframes stated, delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

✅ Free UK delivery is available on orders over £60.00 (automatically applied at checkout).

Click & Collect (Pickup)

You can also choose to collect your order for free from one of the following locations:

Bodyworld Taunton

If you select pickup at checkout, we’ll notify you by email as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Please bring your order confirmation email (or proof of purchase) when collecting your items.
